Building Management System(BMS)

Building Management system

A Building Management System is a computer-based control and monitoring system installed in buildings to monitor and control the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems. The BMS system is a critical component in controlling the energy consumption in the facility.

Tablix integrates many building systems which includes major energy consumption to utilities like, HVAC Controls, Lighting, Power Monitoring, Access Control, IP Video, and Security. Our systems are fully compatible with all open platform protocols including KNX, ASHRAE’s, BACnet communications etc. All of our products are Ethernet-friendly with complete Web interface capabilities. An intuitive easy-to-use graphical interface ensures that building operators can utilize the system to its capabilities. In addition to the traditional BMS, we offer,

  • IoT enabled platform with highly secured GUI interface.
  • Freedom of choice for automated layer products.
  • Interactive “On the Go” monitoring and control.
  • Inbuilt energy and facility management module.

The Home Automation is the centralized control of the systems installed in a single residential unit. The home automation system can monitor & control the HVAC, lighting, audio and video equipment, security systems, and any other integrated system. Home automation provides improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security.

GRMS is the hotel room control system. The system provides convenience and comfort to the guests as it can control all the aspects of the room including HVAC, lighting, TV, volume, curtains, ACS, DND, etc…

The Master Clock System is a centralized clock that sends a synchronization signal to slave clocks. The master clock is synchronized by s signal from a GPS receiver.

The Electricity Metering System is installed at the feeder of the residential unit to record all amount of electrical energy consumed. New metering devises can be connected to a wired or wireless network for real time recording and reduced human involvement in the meter reading. It can also be integrated with automated Bill Generation System.

The Lighting Control System controls and monitors the lights of a facility or building through a central location. Some of its main features are daylight harvesting, mood lighting and occupancy based lighting. It maintains communication between various inputs to control the light at each location of a venue. Lighting control system help reduce the Energy bills while maintaining a convenient lighting level. It can be programed to turn the lights on and off at specific times or based on the value of inputs received.
