Bala is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and technical innovation, with a focus on making a difference for customers by helping them achieve greater productivity and sustainability.

Bala joined Tablix in 2006. As one of the founding team members of Tablix, Bala’s leadership has been instrumental in driving business growth through next-generation product architecture and platforms, engineering best practices, technology roadmaps, and technical standards.

Prior to joining Tablix, Bala was the technology head for Alliance Communications. He also spent a considerable time in India with Tata TeleServices managing their Operations Centre.

Bala has a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Bangalore.
